I am pleased to write a letter of reference for M and K Cleaning who have worked for us for approximately 20 years. During the past five years, I have personally hired M and K Cleaning to clean our carpets throughout our five story building. I have also asked them to clean tile floors and polish them. I can confirm that they are reliable and punctual and show up on the date and time promised. They are fair and let me know if they are unable to complete a job on short notice. However, they are very helpful and whenever possible will work on a short notice and try to get the job completed per my requirements.

The staff are professional and gives a written quotation in advance and do not add extra charges when the job is finished. They are trustworthy and do an excellent job. When I have dirty carpet stains, they are often able to remove the stain and leave the room looking fresh and new again. They send trust worthy workers and often we give them a key to arrive early in the morning before traffic. They are also careful not to mar the furniture with their large equipment and clean up after they are finished and leave the work place in a tidy manner.

I have been most pleased with the results of their work and hire them each time I need cleaning of any type done. If you hire them for your cleaning, I am sure you will be pleased with the outcome.

M & K have been our school cleaning contractors since March 1995 and carry out a range of services including the cleaning of carpets and hard floors. They also help with specialist cleaning requirements, such as a thorough clean after decorating or building work, and provide prompt and detailed quotations.

Our contact at the company is Mark Harvey and, since joining the school in 2004, I have found him to be helpful and knowledgeable, particularly when I have been faced with a cleaning problem that is not entirely straightforward.

The team at the school is well managed and Mark regularly attends to make sure the cleaning is being completed to the standard expected. On site queries are dealt with efficiently by the supervisor allocated to the school. ln the lead up to special events such as the annual open day, and our recent inspection, the supervisor always takes time to meet with me and tour the site, just to make sure everything is in order. Kores Nordic Ltd is the U.K.’s leading supplier of re-manufactured toner and inkjet cartridges and at Harlow we have manufacturing, warehouse and office facilities over a 4.9 acre site.

We have employed M & K Cleaning Services since September 2005 to carry out the cleaning of our offices, canteens and toilet facilities throughout the site.

We have found them to be very professional, trustworthy and reliable, using and retaining good quality staff. Customer care is very good with communication via email or in person regarding maintenance and building care issues on a regular basis.

M&K Cleaning Services have provided us with leather, carpet and upholstery cleaning in 2006 and then again in 2009. Our white leather chairs in the caf6 and the carpet in the staff room had, since the previous clean in 2006, seen years of good use.
